My name is Vani Gupta, and I hail from Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. I am currently a Secondary 2 (class 8) student and have been staying in Singapore with my family for 10 years and talking about my passion.
The first passion I cultivated was my love for Indian Classical Dance. I love to dance, especially Indian Classical Dance. I am undergoing the 8 year course of the Indian Classical Dance “Kathak”, and I have successfully completed 5 years. And not only training, I have also performed in various competitions and cultural events. Along with dance, I have a big interest in playing Guitar. Of all musical instruments, the guitar has mesmerized me the most and I am currently learning guitar.
Music and dance is not my only passion. I also have a huge fascination for reading, writing and speaking as I read many books, because I have my own personal library of around 40 books, and reading these books gives me a inspiration to think and write my own stories or articles. I have also written some short stories and some dialogue stories. Along with good writing and reading skills, I am also a fan of debating. I have always taken part in debates whenever given opportunity, and it always pleased to see that every debate, my voice grows stronger and more clearer. All these are learning experiences.
Now, I will talk about this blog. What inspired to start my own blog is my love for writing. Like how I mentioned, I have written stories, but I thought, “Why not share my love for writing to everyone out there?” So, I made a decision to start my own blog. This thinking had been going for a long time, but here I am, to share my writing to all you viewers. Blogging with help increase my knowledge and enhance my English also.
