The Madman’s Daughter trilogy speaks about the story of 16-year-old Juliet Moreau, who has happily settled in London, but alas works as a maid. London is full of rumors about a crazy doctor who creates humans out of animals. That crazy doctor is none other than her father. Surprisingly, Juliet chances upon her father’s assistant, Montgomery, who also lives in London. She and Montgomery together go to the island to find out whether the rumors about her father are true. While travelling, she meets Edward Prince who happens to be a castaway. Together, the three of them go through a lot of difficulties while fighting murderous beasts of her father.

THE DIVINERS

In the museum, she meets the infuriatingly handsome Sam Lloyd, who happens to be a pickpocket behind an innocent face. Together, Evie, Mabel, Theta, Sam, and her uncle’s assistant, Jericho Jones and a few others, get invaded by something dark and evil who is taking down lives one at a time. Despite that, Evie realizes that she has a power that could stop this killer.

THE PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER

This book tells the life of 15-year-old Charlie Kelmeckis going through hard but fun school years who portrays his story in the form of letters to an anonymous friend. This helps him gain confidence himself, and sooner, he becomes best friends with Sam and Patrick, two more of his classmates. Later, as he is going through his life as a freshman, one of his secret gets exposed which puts him through a breakdown. He gets hospitalized and his friends get nervous. What happens next?

SHADOWHUNTERS SERIES

Clarissa Fray, like any other teen, is just leading a normal life of a 15-year-old. She’s just living the world to her fullest with her best friend Simon. However, she chances upon the intriguing and infuriatingly handsome Jace Wayland along with Isabelle and Alec Lightwood. Clary, after partnering up with them, finds out that her mother has kept secrets from her about her actual identity. Clary gets along perfectly fine with the three of them, but Simon faces difficulties. He has small feelings for Isabelle, but doesn’t express them much. Alas, a demon takes her mother away. Jace and Clary do whatever it takes to get her back. But, little does she know that the leader of this demon is related to her in a way!

THE DIVERGENT SERIES

Divergent series show the life of 16-year old Beatrice Prior. There are 5 factions in her world, namely Abnegation, Dauntless, Erudite, Candor and Amity, and Beatrice belongs in the Abnegation faction. At the age of 16, she has to choose which faction she wants to be in the future. She and her brother both have to take the aptitude first. In Beatrice’s test, her results are very rare, surprisingly. She gets the factions Abnegation, Erudite and Dauntless as her results, leading her into the Divergent category, as a result making her one of the rare people. The catch is that she can’t expose her identity to anyone, including her parents. During the choosing ceremony, she chooses Dauntless faction and changes her name to Tris. During initiation, she meets their sub commander Four and starts getting feelings for him. Later, someone finds out that she is Divergent. What will happen?
